VBScript & Outlook

If you get VBScript.DLL error when open up Outlook (v2000, 2003, up to 2007), here's how to fix it:

1. Start menu -> Office -> Language Tool
2. Change the language to match with your OS. For example, English->EN; Chinese->TW

That's it. Restart outlook and all should be fine.
